At Shreemaruti Digital World (SMDW Store), we are committed to delivering high-quality products including Sambalpuri sarees, clothing, and daily need items. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Return & Replacement Eligibility

We offer return or replacement ONLY under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged during transit

• Product has cutting or manufacturing defect

• Wrong product delivered

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Slight color variation due to screen resolution

• Change of mind

• Personal dislike

• Incorrect selection by customer

• Minor thread variations in handloom products

2️⃣ Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Compulsory)

To claim return or replacement:

• Customer must record a clear unboxing video

• Video must be recorded in front of the delivery person

• Parcel must be opened in one continuous video (no cuts or pauses)

• The defect/damage must be clearly visible in the video

⚠️ Important:
Without proper unboxing video proof, no return or replacement request will be accepted under any circumstances.

3️⃣ Return Request Time Limit

• Customer must inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

• Requests after 3 days will not be considered.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

• After receiving and verifying the returned product,

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account

5️⃣ Product Condition for Return

Returned product must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• With original packaging

• With tags intact

If the product does not meet these conditions, return/refund may be rejected.
